These loans can reach up to $3 million, and they don't require proof of income or employment. Instead, eligibility is determined by the property's cash flow.

- Credit Scores Starting at 680 | Up to 85% LTV

- Loans up to $3 million

- Short-term rentals permitted (AirDNA reports accepted)

- No income or employment verification required

- Qualifications based solely on property cash flow

- Warrantable and non-warrantable condos eligible

- Condo hotels also considered

- No limit on the total number of financed properties

- Properties can be vested in LLCs, S corps, C corps, or revocable trusts
